The house that we rent is locates in the "White Périgord" at the center of Dordogne, at equal distance of Périgueux and Bergerac (25Km). The famous sites: Eyzies, Lascaux, Sarlat, the Valley of the Dordogne, are at less than 40 minutes in car. Construction was carried out within a peaceful framework and relatively insulated. Undulating and wooded, the place is ideal for "nature" holidays.
The configuration of the building offers several possibilities of reception:
• maybe for a group of friends or a family from 12 to 15 people - even exceptionally up to 18 (with supplement) - divided in three modules. The capacity of one of the residences makes it possible to take the common meals, as well inside as under a covered terrace.
• maybe for three families independent from 4 to 5 people.
The swimming pool (10 m X 5) is closed and equipped with an alarm in order to ensure the safety of the young children.
Each housing includes:
- a living room-stay with American kitchen.
- a room with a great bed.
- a room with three beds of 90cm.
- a bathroom with bath-tub and bidet.
- a shelter conveys.
- an independent WC.
- a small storeroom.
- a covered terrace.
